Running Club
Group running is good fun and can really help to motivate people to keep up their exercise routine.
The LWFitness4All running club is a fully affiliated running club (ARC) which welcomes new members whatever your ability. Whether you’re new to running and want to get started with the help and encouragement of others, or if you’re a seasoned veteran, the LWFitness4All running club caters for everyone.
We meet every Saturday morning and run a different route each week. Routes are both road based and cross country, and include varied terrains and levels of difficulty. Runs are led by no less than 2 fully qualified trainers at any one time, and the group is organised to ensure you are running with people of a similar standard.
Members get to meet up with like minded people, run together and share training and running tip,s or just enjoy the camaraderie of group running. Many members often meet in between organised runs, to keep their fitness levels up or just enjoy a gentle jog together.
New runners are always welcome – we’re a friendly bunch so come and join LWFitness4All’s running club and keep your exercise routine fresh and rewarding. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never run before, or if you are looking for the next challenge. Just come and get involved!
