Workout of the Day
Workout of the day is a fitness program designed to help any person, of any age or fitness ability, achieve a higher level of fitness.
An ideal system for any individual to improve their fitness level – regardless of experience – Workout of the Day employs a wide range of functional (multi-joint) movements, performed at high intensity to deliver fitness that is, by design, broad and inclusive.
