Individual Training Program 

Taking your Fitness Assessment, personal goals and required outcomes into account, we will then create an individual training program designed to deliver the results that you’re looking for, even if you choose to train alone in the gym.

Whatever your goals, your individual training program is designed to push you to your limits, and then a little further, in the way that a personal trainer would.

Understanding your starting level of fitness, we’ll then record your achievements.  Times, distances, reps and calories are recorded after each training session – meaning that your individual training program can be regularly updated as you develop, to ensure that you keep pushing yourself in the gym and keep getting the results that you want.

If you need further guidance or motivation we also offer Personal Training plus our wide range of fun, energising and effective Group Training sessions.
