Understanding your starting level of fitness, we’ll then record your achievements. Times, distances, reps and calories are recorded after each training session – meaning that your individual training program can be regularly updated as you develop, to ensure that you keep pushing yourself in the gym and keep getting the results that you want.
If you need further guidance or motivation we also offer Personal Training plus our wide range of fun, energising and effective Group Training sessions.
