Individual Training Plan
This is an individual training program designed specifically towards the person
wanting to use the gym but not fully understanding what they are wanting to achieve
when training on their own.
Each training program will take into account your goals and what you want to achieve
as your final result, my individual training programs will push you to your limits as if
I were there ensuring you go that little further. Firstly, we take you through a fitness
assessment so that we have results to work from, each time you come to the gym you fill
in the blanks in the training program, which I then record into your own spreadsheet. At
all times, distances and calories are recorded when you visit the gym, if need
be I can then update your training program as required so that you are constantly pushing
yourself each time you visit the gym.
