I started attending Lee’s Kettlebell Training classes in January this year. I wanted to try something new as I had lost my motivation for the gym and wanted to enjoy my workouts again.
I have definitely noticed my ability improve over the months and every class that I have been to is different which helps to always push my limits and keeps me interested.
The reason that Lee’s classes stand out from anything that I have tried before is Lee’s constant encouragement and his one to one focus to make sure that you are doing everything correctly.
If there is an area that you struggle with, Lee will recognise this and adapt the workout to suit you without just giving you an easy time. Lee always checks how you are getting on and this teamed with his passion for fitness makes you feel like more than just a number in a class.
I would definitely recommend Lee’s classes as there is something for everyone and a good team spirit that keeps you going.

I have attended circuit training every Friday afternoon since mid October, my fitness has improved dramatically and I feel so much better for it. No two sessions have been the same as Lee uses his experience and imagination to make them fun and I've had many laughs along the way. For someone who is not sporty at all its a very good way to get fitter. Lee is totally passionate about health and fitness and can tune into individual needs, I would highly recommend any type of fitness training with Lee

Lee has helped me a lot, not only with losing weight but more importantly my fitness has improved greatly in such a short space of time. This is due to the personal program Lee has written for me which is gaining the results I want with the added bonus of being simple to follow.
As well as the programme I attend Lee's circuit training sessions on a Wednesday evening and Saturday morning. These are really enjoyable as although we all work hard we also have fun. Also Lee is always on hand to shout encouragement to push you just that little bit harder.

I have been attending exercises classes for six months participating
in circuit, kettlebell, kettlekick uk and crossfit training.
Since starting classes I have lost half a stone and these classes have also improved my fitness and confidence.
Lee's support has been tremendous and encouraging continuosly
throughout this time, his motivation is immense and without this I would
not have achieved my goals so far.
Lee is very passionate about his job and is very understanding to individual needs and goals.

I’ve been attending Lee’s Circuit Training classes since they started and noticed a considerable difference in my body definition from doing these, it completely tones up all areas us girls want :0) I highly recommend this class if you want some fun whilst getting fit and toned.
I have also had one to one training sessions with Lee and he really knows how to push you and work you to your full potential. This is largely due to his vibrant personality that makes it such an enjoyment to train with him, even if it is hard work! Lee’s ability to make your workout fun makes it so much easier for you to push yourself harder than you ever thought possible. I would never have thought working out could be enjoyable!
Lee combines a perceptive listening ear with a personally structured programme to suit your individual needs, taken into account any worries you may have regarding what you are doing. His ability to put you at ease and provide you with a fantastic tailored programme is an incredible talent he has, and it is well worth investing having one tailored just for you :0)

I joined Lee's circuit training classes a couple of months ago to spur on my weight loss. Having lost 4 stone last year, my weight loss had come to a halt and I needed something to spur me on finish the job!
I quickly went from one circuit training session a week to taking on a kettlebell session too, great for toning and strengthening, and am now doing 3-4 sessions a week.
My fitness levels have gone from strength to strength, and Lee is always ready to push you that little bit further! I've met lots of lovely new people at the classes and really enjoyed going, and most importantly I'm really pleased with the results.
Highly recommended, whatever your fitness level.

I lost almost 4 stone following the Slimming World plan and realised that although I was slimmer I was still very unfit and needed help toning up. I now run several Slimming World groups in the Colchester area and as part of our plan we do recommend that members try to do some exercise. I have worked with Lee for a while now and his help and support in working out personalised training programmes for both myself and some of my members has been invaluable. Weight losses have improved and members have commented that they look and feel so much better thanks to Lee’s classes.
If you have never been to a Gym before or have had a bad experience in one, then rest assured that Lee’s classes are definitely not like the rest. The gym is small and ‘comfortable’ and the emphasis is definitely on getting fitter, not what designer leotard you wear or what you look like! He is more than happy to work to your own pace (although will push you to extend your limits) and can easily change a programme to suit your needs. Several of my members (including myself) have mobility problems and he has adapted the programmes for us.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lees classes to you, you will be pleasantly surprised at how much better you will look and feel in a very short space of time.

Hi, my name is Elaine and I have been using LWFITNESS4ALL on and off for the past year. I just thought I'd like to share with you that it's a great way to work out. The way Lee is able to come into the home around what's convenient for my schedule has been terrific.
Lee is great. He definitely motivates me, always checks up on me and makes sure I am doing what I need to do and really has helped me to get into shape. Lee is an enthusiastic, highly motivated fitness instructor who has helped me to lose weight, tone up and increase my fitness level. His ability to achieve results is excellent, he is extremely professional and designs a training programme for each individual's needs.
He offers a range of classes, which I attend two circuit training session which are excellent fun. Lee also offers one to one training sessions which I have also enjoyed and he has worked me so hard, understanding what I need to achieve and what works best for me, I would strongly recommend these sessions to anyone.
If you are looking to get fit, lose weight or generally need a fitness instructor then Lee would be the person to invest your time and money in.

I decided that I wanted to try a different sort of workout and found Lee's
details, after some friends recommended Kettlebells to me.
I thought I was reasonably fit as I do a lot of cycling but I soon realised
that my core muscles and overall strength / fitness needed some work! Lee has
ensured that these areas have greatly improved by providing a workout that pushes
me much more than I ever would if I was left to just go to the gym.
It's a fraction of the cost that other circuit training classes charge but
with fantastic results, as Lee tailors the class for your specific needs. I like
the fact that Lee pushes me but knows what my limits are. Lee always makes the

I attend a Kettlebells and Circuit Training class once a week. Every session is a mix of cardio and strength exercises, where Lee pushes me to the maximum but also within my limits. It's like having a personal trainer but within a group environment, with everyone providing support and encouragement to each other. Lee makes the workout fun whilst also ensuring that we are all working hard. I have only been attending for approximately 2 months but already I am seeing results. My fitness has improved and I am seeing definition in my muscles. You never know what Lee will have in store and each class is different but his motivation and enthusiasm ensures you get the most out of every class. You can book in advance via the website and there are lots of sessions to choose from, so Lee can easily accommodate everyone and their requirements. We are all different shapes and sizes with different levels of fitness but I always come away from each class feeling that Lee has pushed me and then pushed me a little bit more. I never thought I would look forward to working out but I do! I would definitely recommend Lee to anyone that wants to get fit, lose weight and get toned and the results speak for themselves. I started training with Lee in Feb this year, I do 2 circuits & 1 kettlebell class per week. I am so impressed with the results, I had abdominal surgery in Nov last year so when I started with Lee my fitness level was extremely poor! Lee has a way of building your confidence along with your fitness & each class is so friendly and has a real team spirit about it.
I have lost almost 2 stones and gone down 2 dress sizes, so the results speak for themselves, I would recommend LW Fitness to anyone who wants to have fun, feel fit heathly & look their best.
