My Approach
I have spent 12 years in the Parachute Regiment as a fitness trainer
and have always ensured that all the soldiers in the platoon were always
able to pass any fitness testing with ease. However, if they could not then
I took steps to help improve their fitness levels so that they were always
achieving their full potential.
I believe that my new purpose in life is to recognise the potential in every
person I meet and to inspire that person to make the necessary steps
towards achieving their full capability.
I use my fitness knowledge that I gained within the army to great
effect when taking classes. I believe that exercise should be FUN!
This is the key to sustainability. All my sessions are highly creative
and will ensure that you work through different heart rate ranges and move
through different motions and ranges of movement using a variety of techniques.
I will exercise all of the muscles in any given movement and
I guarantee that you will use muscles in a way you never have before.
Most of all, you will LAUGH, SMILE and feel ENERGISED – and we know how
incredibly important it is to lower those cortisol levels!
