After serving time within the parachute regiment as a fitness instructor, I now run my own fitness and gym centre in the colchester area, from here I run fitness training classes that combine both conditioning and high intensity workouts that involve pushing individuals beyond their own comfort zones in a safe and controlled manner.

I would like to introduce you to a few of my Training Sessions that I take (you will find these under Services section as well). Let me tell you in more detail about how I take my Training sessions and adapt them to make them personal to you as much as possible. I always bring new ideas and concepts into my classes to ensure it keeps my clients booking in week after week, the groups I take in each session vary in clientele and they always keep me on my toes. I do believe exercising should be enjoyable and you will find my training sessions always reflect this.

Kettlebell training sessions that I take are not just the normal group training session you would expect. With Kettlebell training sessions, I incorporate both a high intensity cardio workout and a training session that helps you tone up and feel energised, whilst you workout at your best effort. In some for these training sessions I take a 50/10 circuit, this is a great workout and you really feel how much effort you have put into the 40minute training session.

With my Circuit Training sessions I ensure I make them differ from session to session whilst introducing both Cardio vascular and KB training workout to help you reach your own individual goals, or even if you prefer in pairs against one another, which has been found to create a little competition between people that so desire it. Yet it is also another way to feel energised and meet new people all wanting to create that "feel good" approach to life. Even though this is group training session I will incorporate differing levels of each exercise so all my clients can get the best out of the training session they come to take part.

I also take 40minute High Intensity session from one person up to four friends maximum. I guarantee this will push you to your limits if not beyond, but you will feel good from taken such a high driven session, as these are personal tailored to suit your level of fitness.
