High Intensity Training

obesity and strokes. High Intensity training also helps widen the blood
vessels supplying muscle cells so that the individual can carry out daily
activities more effectively and without strain.
A set of 10 minute exercises devised into a 40 minute training session
will work all the major muscle groups and help improve your cardio vascular
system; this has the same benefits as spending hours in the saddle of your
push bike.

normal comfort zone in a safe and controlled manner thus increasing you
