High Intensity Training sessions are bursts of intense exercise that help you keep as fit as if you were doing hours of endurance training, which dispels the myth about not having time to stay in shape.

High Intensity training sessions that work 95% of your heart rate have been proven by medical researchers to help reduce the risk of heart diseases, obesity and strokes. High Intensity training also helps widen the blood vessels supplying muscle cells so that the individual can carry out daily activities more effectively and without strain.

A set of 10 minute exercises devised into a 40 minute training session will work all the major muscle groups and help improve your cardio vascular system; this has the same benefits as spending hours in the saddle of your push bike.

Training sessions will be planned so that they help improve what you as the individual are looking to achieve. You will be taken out from your normal comfort zone in a safe and controlled manner thus increasing you fitness threshold and increasing your cardio vascular system.
