Group Training
Training in a group will help you feel part of a team that all
want to achieve their full potential without the thought of being
singled out. You will find that all participants want to achieve
the same common goal, with this common ground, there is also great scope
to meet new people.
"Ladies Only" fitness sessions is a service I provide for ladies who are
starting out in the fitness 'world' who do not want the added pressure of onlookers
whilst they are training.
Each workout involves resistance training and cardio conditioning to
get you in shape quick and wondering why you haven't done this stuff since
you were 8 years old. Classes include abdominal and core body exercises
and other moves that target all of the major muscle groups using resistance
bands, dumbbells and your own body weight. All equipment needed is provided,
just come along, bring a towel and water bottle and I will ensure that you have
an enjoyable workout.
